The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer.

Bedroom 1
This spacious double bedroom boasts charming beams and a woodland view and has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets.

Bedroom 2
Perfect for the children or additional friends, with views of the rear garden, this room is furnished with bunk beds and a built in cupboard.

Bathroom
This large bathroom has instant hot water and contains a bath, seperate shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Attic/Bedroom 3
Paddle steps lead to a beautifully converted attic providing further occasional sleeping accommodation with double futon. Suitable for two adults/older children. The paddle steps are not suitable for young children or the elderly.

The cottage has a rear fenced terraced garden with patio, including barbeque and a shed for storing bicycles/walking gear. There is also a heater in the shed for drying/airing outdoor clothing.

The cottage has full gas central heating and double glazing. All heating, lighting, bed linen, towels and toiletries are included.

A parking permit will be provided for one car. Additional car parking is available in the nearby National Trust car park at a small cost.
